TechnoPlus is headed by Founder and CEO Jaipal Elete who continues to steer it along a path of innovation. With our CEO at the helm, the company continues to work towards achieving its vision and long terms goals.

The team at TechnoPlus has grown along with the company and is currently over two dozen strong. Among the senior management is Vice President of Operations Rajiv Pastula, who has been with the company since its formation.

Sonam Gupta the Senior Digital Marketing Manager is in charge of planning and managing various digital marketing campaigns, which promote the company’s IT staffing services and applications.

Included in our senior team members is Laxmi KG, the Senior Sales Executive in the company who is responsible for handling customers’ needs. While Suchi Sahoo head of the HR department is in charge of recruitment and managing resources for employees.
